Landing Page Experience • Spring Linen Collection
Problem:
Users exploring seasonal collections on the Richards website had to scroll through long-format pages to find specific product categories, which often led to drop-off or missed items.
Solution:
To improve usability and product discovery, I designed a visually refined landing page for the Spring Linen Collection featuring an anchored top navigation menu. This allowed users to jump directly to categories like shirts, pants, or dresses, creating a faster and more enjoyable browsing experience while maintaining the brand’s elegant aesthetic.
Methodology:
Led UI and visual design for the entire experience, with a strong focus on usability and flow. Collaborated closely with the Marketing team to align on seasonal messaging and campaign goals, and partnered with Data Analysts to track user engagement, scroll behavior, and click-through rates for each category.
Impact:
The new experience led to a 40% increase in click-throughs to product detail pages compared to previous seasonal campaigns. The intuitive navigation improved user flow, supported business goals for collection visibility, and drove stronger customer engagement throughout the launch period.
