Service Design for MAR Museum
Designing a cohesive visitor experience across multiple buildings by simplifying navigation and aligning physical and operational touchpoints.
The Challenge
MAR spans multiple buildings, exhibition spaces, educational areas, and event venues, creating navigation challenges for visitors and requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders.
